DELIVERY

  • Please note, due to increased volumes AU Post is experiencing some delays - this means that your order may take longer than usual to get to you.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse in QLD.

  • We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Regular Shipping

  • FREE  SHIPPING when you spend over $89

  • Orders under $89 are a flat rate charge of $9

  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

  • Estimated 2-10 business days if you are in a Metro area in Australia once your order had been shipped. (APPROXIMATE time frames only)

Express Shipping

  • FREE  EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $189

  • Orders under $189 are a flat rate charge of $15

  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

  • Estimated 1-4 Business days if you are in a Metro area in Australia once your order had been shipped. (APPROXIMATE time frames only)

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are sent via Australian Post Service.

  • Bunini is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.

  • It is costumer’s responsibility to ensure delivery address details are correctly submitted at the time of ordering. If your address is not entered correctly at checkout , Bunini  will not be held responsible for missing parcels. If they become Return To Sender, the shipping fee will need to be paid again to re-ship your parcel out.

  • Once an order is placed items can not be added afterwards a separate order will need to be placed.

Missing Or Damaged Parcels

  • If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us after 14 days and within 30 days after ordering.   

  • If it seems that the item was damaged in transit when it was delivered, please contact us within 3 business days of accepting with supporting photos of the damages to the shipment must be included.

  • On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable, and we will we will inform you as soon as you receive any further instruction Australia Post.

  • When contacting us, please include your order number and address in your email.

  • Please note that we cannot accept any responsibilty for delays whilst in transit.

  • Pick-up is currently not available.

  • If an item is unavailable we will send you an email and refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.
