EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We hope that you enjoy your purchase from Bunini, however, if for any reason an item is not what you expected, we will happily assist by providing you an exchange or online store credit within 21 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds.  

Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. 

Please note that an item will only be accepted for an exchange or returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with the original labels attached. Unfortunately we will not accept any returns that are not in resalable condition.

  • Please include a prepaid Australia Post satchel in your return parcel.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

  • Faulty/ Incorrect Items: We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping for faulty and incorrect items.  The refund for the cost of return shipping will be issued once the original order items are returned to Bunini.

  • A store credit will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange or suitable replacement at the time of return.  Refunds are not available. The store credit will be to the value of your item/s and will exclude the cost of postage

  • Replacements/exchanges will not be shipped until the original order items are returned to Bunini.

  • Bunini is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.

  • Please note we do not accept exchanges on sale items, please choose carefully.

If an item is unavailable we will send you an email and refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.
